I loved the staff at the hotel. They were genuinely kind and very helpful . The breakfast had many options. I especially loved the coffee machine offering free coffee ALL the time! The location is unbeatable with close proximity to the metro.

I was not informed until arrival that twin rooms lack walk in showers. The tub walls were high and the surfaces slick. Grab bars are needed for safety.

The staff proved very helpful and pleasant , assisting with directions and recommendations. Front desk staff were super nice and quickly answered all our questions. A VERY positive experience. The hotel offers attentive and friendly service at all hours.
